Thank you for choosing Ramirez Mobile Detailing 310. To ensure the best experience for all customers and to respect our time, please review the following appointment policies before booking.

Booking & Credit Card Requirement

A valid credit card is required to book an appointment. This allows us to reserve your time slot and dedicate our resources exclusively to your service.

Requiring a card on file helps us:

  • Prevent no-shows and last-minute cancellations

  • Protect our scheduled time and travel expenses

  • Provide reliable availability for all customers

  • Protect against not receiving payment (card will be charged at the end of day)

Your card information is processed securely and will only be charged according to the terms outlined in this policy.

*All services require a non refundable 25% fee in order to book appointment*

Please note: A 3% processing fee applies to all card and online payments.

Arrival Time & 15-Minute Grace Period

Please be ready at your scheduled appointment time.

  • We will wait up to 15 minutes for you to come out, provide vehicle access/keys, and confirm the service. We will not knock on doors or ring doorbells.

  • If we are unable to start the service after 15 minutes and no prior communication is made, the appointment may be canceled or rescheduled, and a 25% cancellation fee will be charged on card on file.

We recommend setting reminders and ensuring someone is available if you cannot be present yourself. Our scheduling system will send you a text message once you book the appointment (please give it permission to send you reminders) and you’ll also receive a text message an hour before our arrival as a friendly reminder.

 

Keys & Vehicle Access

  • Keys must be provided before the service begins.

  • For safety and liability reasons, we cannot start work without full vehicle access.

Payment Policy

  • Payment is required before keys are returned once the service is completed.

  • Any remaining balance will be collected immediately after the detail via Zelle, Venmo, credit or debit (touch less) unless other.

  • If a payment method is declined, card on file will be charged the full amount

  • If you have to leave or not available after detail is done payment is required before keys are left somewhere or pay beforehand, if not card on file will be charged.

Cancellations & No-Shows

  • Please notify us 48 hours before if you need to cancel or reschedule.

  • Late cancellations or no-shows will be charged a 25% fee to the card on file, as the reserved time cannot be rebooked on short notice.
