Unfortunately, we’ve had situations where we trust customers that say they will pay, show up or don’t cancel in 24 hours which ruins our schedule and don’t come forward. So it’s just to protect us, thank you for understanding.

Yes, anything important or of value. Even if we find anything we will place it in the cup holders and let you know. Anything left that we think is trashed will be tossed so please take everything personal or of value, if there is a crazy amount of trash there will be a fee for removal.

Yes, only if we get the okay from you. The only thing is we won’t buckle them back up, because if we do and don’t secure it properly then that’ll make us liable if anything was to happen.
